What we collect
This website collects personal information only when you choose to submit it through our contact form. We use the information you submit solely to respond to your appointment request and coordinate your visit. Submitting the form sends a request — not a confirmed booking — and our team will contact you by phone or email to confirm.

Where it goes
This website does not have its own server-side database. When you submit the contact form, it opens your own email app with your details pre-filled, addressed to our clinic inbox — you choose whether to send it, and it's delivered the same way any email you send is delivered. We don't store form submissions on this website.
We retain the information you send us only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and coordinate your care.
Third parties
This site loads our brand typefaces from Google Fonts, which may involve your browser connecting to Google's servers. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and sends your browsing activity on this site to Google for analysis under Google's own privacy policy. Our footer also embeds a Google Maps view of our clinic location, which loads directly from Google's servers and is subject to Google's own privacy practices. Links to our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Messenger, and Viber are outbound links to those third-party services — we don't embed them. Your interactions with any of these services are covered by their own privacy policies, not ours.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to object to its processing, to request correction or erasure, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
